Warranty Registration

You will need to have your proof of purchase ready to upload, along with your contact details.  If you have purchased through an authorised Distributor, we still encourage you to register your purchase with the Company  although your Distributor is your first point of contact in assessing the warranty claim.

Warranty Claim / Issue

You will need to upload proof of purchase, if not registered already, along with photos, a description of the issue and your contact details.  If you have purchased through an authorised Distributor, they will assess your warranty claim first before getting in contact with us (if required) for repairs, spare or replacement parts.
